Thursday late evening hangar shipyard Persico Marine in Bergamo left the yacht class AC75 Italian team Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli, built to participate in the 36th draw of the America’s Cup.
Night the boat was taken to Livorno, from where the ferry to the island of Sardinia, where the base team Luna Rossa. The official launching of the yachts on the water was originally scheduled for 25 August, but is now given another date – 9 September. What was the reason for delay is not specified.
Everyone, of course, I’d like to see, how reality looks yacht AC75, but in all the official pictures it’s hidden under the case. The only “spy” photo, secretly taken by someone present during loading, which is visible from the stern, gives too little information. So a few weeks will have to wait.
