Too long holidays for the benefit of never going. As a result, the correspondent of Yacht Russia decided that it is already January 9. And then the world championship in the Dragon class has been completed. And as reported by a respectable audience.

To get ahead of ourselves – the activity is harmful. In fact, the championship is not completed, the last day of racing still ahead, and no need to give out gold medals. The team under the Turkish flag Provezza Dragon with skipper Andy Bedsworth not yet was the winner of the regatta, which is held in Fremantle (Australia). It is hoped that all, who are we unwittingly misled, we still forgive.

Today, on the penultimate day of the regatta, two races were held, in which Bedsworth, finishing second and first, and gaining a total of 22 points, managed to break away from his pursuers (the closest of them, the British team Louise Racing with skipper Grant Gordon, now behind by 3 points).

Annapurna Anatoly Loginov – 5th place (38 points). Rocknrolla Dmitry Samokhin – 8th (53).

Results after 9 races –
