The British still kept postponing the moment of decision, but today were forced to declare: the oldest and the biggest regatta in the UK, and maybe in the world – Cowes Week – this year will not take place.
Cowes Week, which we have often called the Cowes Week, regatta, and indeed legendary. It is held in Cowes on the Isle of Wight since 1826, and actively participating in 40 classes of ships. To start out, more than a thousand yachts and 8500 sailors. Wow massive!
