So, the overall impression of all who saw Berling and Tuka in Oakland, it’s like they never left the classroom! Of the 11 races are two-time winners of the titles of the best yachtsman in the world have won 6 and won the tournament with a clear advantage. The second winners of the regatta – Isaac Makhardi and William Mackenzie Peter and Blair was ahead by 14 points, while the crew took third place on 22.
“That was awesome! – birling said after the finish. – You know when you sit on the bike saddle after a long break, the old skills quickly returned. Here was the same. And one of the feelings we had great fun!”
Soon – in April – birling and TUC will compete with the strongest European riders. This will take place during the regatta Trofeo Princesa Sofia in Majorca.
