      On Sunday evening, Lera Kovalenko, on her Facebook page, reported that training sessions for the First Russian Open Waszp Championship 2019 had taken place at Lake Garda. Here is what she wrote:

June 21, 2019 was established Russian Waszp Association, its first president was unanimously elected Mikhail Poslamovsky (Mikhail Poslamovskiy).

Unfortunately, during the training races the wind was not enough, and all participants of the championship could not conduct a full-fledged training, but the lack of wind did not prevent them from taking a position convenient for attacking the podium.

According to the Race Committee in the composition: Igor Lisovenko, Sergey Shevtsov and Alim Berbekov, all participants showed maximum zeal for victory and mastered the boat, which they saw for the first time.

For the First Russian Waszp Championship, an electronic registration in the What’s app and a one-on-one training distance was provided.

The first racing day of the championship is scheduled for Monday, June 24 in Malcesine, Lake Garda.
