John Lennon's last dream
He was not considered a man of this world. Yes, he did not drive a car, did not know how to buy groceries at the supermarket, could not take them to the laundry, and generously paid those who did it for him. But when he had a goal, he walked towards it with rare tenacity and unusual prudence.
There were three steps to John Lennon's dream. First: learn to sail. Second: make a long voyage in a team, even as a cook. Third: in a year, cross the Atlantic under sail – captain and on his yacht.
