Today in Toulon, France, will start the season’s last regatta GC32.
A strong East wind for four days will be a challenge for all teams.
According to Thomas Le Breton, member of the team Zoulou: “the Advantage will be those teams that raced these boats. For example the team of Frank Kamma. The goal is to find the right balance between speed and security“
“And it’s a great place for racing. We raced here two years ago (Team France franc Kamma). The race was not in this wind, but the training took place during strong Mistral.“
At the moment the team Zoulou Erica Marie has 15 points and is in third place in the overall standings. Behind them, trailing by just one point, is the team Ben Ainslie INEOS Team UK.
Two years ago the team of ainsley’s already passed Team France. This was true when other weather conditions.

Skipper jérôme Clerc missed the last tour Villasimus, Sardinia in connection with the birth of his daughter. And though the training was complicated by weather conditions, the skipper is configured confidently – “I think it will be fun to race in strong wind and wave.”
