Our girls are in the Silver Fleet
In Melbourne, the large sailing festival Sail Melbourne continues, in which regattas are held for a number of Olympic and non-Olympic classes.
Fans are particularly interested in the starts in the “Laser Standard” and “Laser Radial”, because in a month the World Championships in these classes will be held here in Melbourne – first for women, then for men. And many future participants in these tournaments are already preparing for them in Australia. Including Russians. For whom the main task now is to get used to the difficult conditions of the local water area.
That's who is now among the leaders of the "Lasers" – and the place of the Russians.

Laser Radial. 85 participants (mixed composition). Held 5 races. 1. Michael Compton (Australia) – 7 points. 2. Marit Bowmeester (Holland) – 8. … 46. Maria Kislukhina – 88 points, arrivals 22 – 24 – 18 – 22 – (26). … 57. Alexandra Lukoyanova – 105, parishes 25 – (36) – 29 – 27 – 24. 58. Ekaterina Zyuzina – 106, parishes 25 – 31 – 24 – (34) – 26.
