Athlete “Krestovsky” Anna Korikova, multiple winner of Russian and international competitions, master of sports of sailing, before leaving, told us a bit about their experiences.

\n“For me, as for all athletes, this collection was very much needed. In today’s environment, every opportunity to train is important as the air! In particular, here I have decided and their problems, which put even after my training camp in Turkey in the spring – it’s mostly full courses and turns before the wind.

\nTo consolidate the new technique I learned in Turkey, this one I managed – I’m happy. I hope very soon there will be competition, and I can show you all the new things I learned.

\nThe collection also helped to return to the previous shape. In principle, I have not stopped training for the physical fitness and the building – we had a busy remote program sessions in “Krestovsky island”, so the physical shape I lost and was at a good level. But when you see other athletes around you, it always affects the training process in a better way.

\nDuring the month I trained with Jana Reznikova and Nastya Shchedrina good, strong athletes. It is very important to train with strong competitors. Ian well done – very quickly got the hang of it in low wind and is generally very well – no wonder Jan world Junior champion!
