The winner of the America’s Cup – new Zealand Emirates Team New Zealand and “the notebook” contender for the Cup – the Italian Luna Rossa jointly adopted several important decisions.
So, finally decided that in 2021 the race of the match for the America’s Cup will be held in Auckland (New Zealand) 6 th, 7 th, 10 th, 12 th, 13 th, 14 th and, if necessary, on March 15th. Each day will host two races. The winner of the 36th draw will be the team which first scores 7 points.
Also agreed that the allowable wind speed in the match for the America’s Cup – not less than 6.5 units and not more than 23.
