According to the website of the WFTU, on Tuesday was again carried out all the scheduled races: classes 49-th and 49-th FX – four, in a class “Finn”, “Laser standard, Laser radial” and 470 – three.
“The wind was about 15 knots gusting to 20, – said the chief coach of the Russian national team Natalia Ivanova. – No wonder we chose the waters of the Kuibyshev reservoir: in these days was able to see athletes in different winds. For a long time the championship was held in such conditions. Today brought no surprises – on the first positions are the same athletes.
With regard to the upcoming medal races, the intrigue is saved in the classes “Finn” and “Laser-radial”. In the class of “Laser-standard” is a tight fight for 2-3 places.”
Answering the question about features of weather conditions of Togliatti, Sergey Komissarov, leading by a wide margin, said: “we Need to be able to walk in any weather!
