The victory of the debutant!

In Sochi Grand Marina by Burevestnik Group hosted the first stage of the top division of the National sailing League, the http://nationalsailingleague.ru.

After a stormy Sabbath day Sochi on Sunday gave 23 teams in the League the wonderful Sunny weather and the opportunity to spend fourteen more highly saturated racing. Six teams participated in Sunday’s four races, fourteen in five, three – six.

In total for the entire weekend, viewers were able to watch the 30 racing games. In the asset teams on 10-11 starts.

One victory was scored ZID art Sailing Team (Zoran paunović), NAVIGATOR Trem (Alexander Peterson), “Lord sails-ASIA” (Vyacheslav Ermolenko), Burevestnik Sailing Team (Maxim Titarenko), the Academy team sailing the Yacht club of Saint-Petersburg (Anna Basalkina), USC (Eduard Skornyakov) and Parusnik74.ru (Edward Podshivalov).

Enchanting started starting the regatta season, the debutante of the National sailing League team “Ahmad” (Alexander Bozhko), representing the Chechen Republic, on the final day slowed down (5-3-3-6), but kept still their lead. In a very tight fight she snatched victory from the ArtTube RUS1 and RUS7 (Sergey Shevtsov).

Sunday guests and residents of Sochi have also been able to observe the performance of 29 young athletes from Sochi, Moscow, Tuapse and Rostov-on-don in the framework of the Children’s division. The winners among girls were the students of the Sochi school of Olympic reserve: Julia Naymushin, and also won the overall regatta, Alexander Karavayev, who took second place, and Polina Morozova – third.

Among boys, the strongest of all was made by Nikolay Petukhov won the silver George Brazhenko, bronze – Daniel Lihovar.

The next stage of the top division will be held in Sochi from 18 to 21 April.
