Officially announced that the 23 – 26 of April this year in Cagliari in Sardinia will host the first stage of racing series of America’s Cup World Series (ACWS).
In these races will make 4 teams which next year will participate in the 36th Cup of “America” is the current trophy holders new Zealand Emirates Team New Zealand, “notebooks” Challenger Luna Rossa Prada Team Pirelli, as well as INEOS TEAM UK (UK) and NYYC American Magic (USA).
After the race in Cagliari in the current year will be the regatta of the ACWS in Portsmouth (United Kingdom, 4 – 7 June) and Auckland (New Zealand, 17 – 20 December).
There, in Auckland, in January and February next year, the applicants will determine who will face the new Zealanders in the final Match. This Match, recall, is scheduled for 6 – 21 March 2021.
