The winner of the launch stage of the Winter series Cascais SB20 was the team of the MST, composed by Vasily Grigoriev, Maxim Kuzmin and Mikhail Markin, reports the Russian Association of class SB20.
Absolut Igor Ginzburg Oleg Kryvau, Zhanna Manukyan and Hugo Rocha took in Cascais third place! Two Russian crew – Alissa Vladislav Ivanovsky and Polar Bear Away Denis Solovyov took respectively 7 and 13.
In all, the regatta was attended by 25 boats.
The Foundation for successful performance in the first stage, the crew MST laid on the second day, winning two races out of three (the first day the wind was not enough). In the final day two the second ward helped create a solid lead over second place which was taken by the Portuguese crew PussPuss Vasco Serpa.
The next round of the Winter series Cascais SB20 will be held along with the traditional Christmas regatta on 30 November and 1 December.
