So SAIL Amsterdam 2020 was canceled …
This morning, the organizers of the world's largest sailing festival SAIL Amsterdam "with a heavy heart" reported that they had to cancel the famous holiday, which was to be held from August 12 to 16 this year. The reason is the same – the coronavirus pandemic.
In Holland, all sailing events for September were canceled. Including the magnificent festival, first organized in 1975, which was supposed to be held for the 10th time. But it will take place only in 2025 – and will be dedicated to the 750th anniversary of Amsterdam and the 50th anniversary of SAIL Amsterdam.
What to do … Let's wait.
