In San Remo ended with a festive regatta, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Dragon class. Friday managed to spend two of the final race – a significant progress compared to the only race on Thursday, a distance that had to be cut due to the lack of wind.

Today the wind was much better – 5 nodes configured on the optimistic. And to the delight of the Russian fans the first race of the day won RUS27 ANNAPURNA Loginov Anatoly. The upper line of the table got the following:
1. DEN410 steering OUT OF BOUNCE – Jens Christensen – 27 points. 2. RUS35 SUNFLOWER Victor Fogelson – 29. 3. GER16 INGRID Dirk Pramann – 29. 4. GBR770 STORM Jonathan brown – 35. 5 – 6. GER69 DIRNLDWIND Christoph Wieland and RUS71 MULTIMA Michael V. Senators 38.
Just two points behind the leader! It seemed that the “Sunflower”, Victor Fogelson excellent chances of success. But… In the second race of the day, which turned the final on the anniversary of the regatta, the team finished 55th. And the amount of points took 17 th place.
Alas, in the top three regattas of the Russians was not. Settled there the Danes, the Dutch and the Germans:
1. DEN410 OUT OF BOUNCE, Jens Christensen – 36 points. 2. NED412 TROIKA Peter Heerema – 43. 3. GER69 DIRNLDWIND Christoph Wieland – 49.
In fourth place Eugene Braslavets , which traditionally were under the Italian flag on ITA77 BUNKER PRINCE.
.But what position was the team under the Russian flag caught in the first thirty:

Well, the holidays in San Remo come to an end, but these days, these races and meetings will be remembered by the participants of the celebrations for a long time. Now let’s wait for the Regatta of the 100th anniversary, where hopefully the Russian drakonita have more luck.
