Our third and fourth

The press service of the Russian Association of class SB20 tells about the results of the 4th round of the Winter series in Cascais (Portugal) that took place last Saturday and Sunday.

The winner of the 4th stage was the British crew of John Pollard. Victory was literally ripped out in heavy fighting with Ukrainian crew #Gamechanger headed by Yulia Kyrpa. The boys were on points, as they say, neck and neck. But in the end the team of Julia is the second. Both teams finished the regatta with 9 points.

In third place with 20 points located Petersburg the crew of the VIS Sailing Team Timur Sabirzyanov. Right behind them with a backlog of just 2 points – team MST Vasily Grigoriev.

1. Xcellent John Pollard, Steve Procter, Jack Wetherell – 9 points

2. #GameChanger – Yulia Kyrpa, Ben Saxton, Paul Matsuev, Simon Dmitrienko – 9 points

3. The VIS Sailing Team – Timur Sabirzyanov, Alexander Mikhailov, Andrey Sokolov – 20 points.

4. MST – Vasily Grigoriev, Maxim Kuzmin, Mikhail Markin – 22 points.

The next stage will be held on March 28-29.
