Today One of the oldest regattas will be held in the Baltic Sea. A little more than two weeks remain before the start of the XXIV St. Petersburg Sailing Week (SPPN) and the Championship of Russia in the national cruiser-racing class of yachts “L-6”. SPPN is one of the oldest regattas held in Russia, dating back to 1898.
The goal of the regatta has always been to unite yachtsmen, improve their skills on long voyages and promote the development of infrastructure for water tourism in the Leningrad Region. Like last year, the Russian championship in the national cruising-racing class of yachts “L-6” will be held together with the regatta.
