14 June, 2020, the year in Athens, the columns of the famous temple of Poseidon, held a solemn ceremony of start of a new 600-mile race – Aegean 600.
In English – “the Aegean”. There the sea – Aegean, and the Islands, and everything else. Amazing place! And there is no doubt that sailing non-stop 600-mile race in the Aegean sea will enjoy great popularity. Of course, provided that the organizer of the regatta – Hellenic racing club – will hold all the preparatory work at a high level. Let’s just hope that the club will not fail.
Then there is the tale. Start, as already mentioned, in Athens. Then Milos, recognized as the spoiled natural beauty by the Greeks a real gem. Although, on the other hand, similarly, we can call each next island on the way. Because next – Santorini, Kasos, Karpathos and Rhodes. Then of Farmakonisi, Agathonisi, Patmos, Mykonos, Delos. The finish in Athens. Those same columns of the temple of Poseidon.
