Igor Jankovic has introduced the concept of super-yachts with solar sails

Designer Igor Jankovic from Belgrade, Serbia, has developed the concept of innovative sailing yacht with a hybrid propulsion system. She, like everyone, loves the wind and is equipped with a diesel engine, but its sails are able to absorb solar light and convert into electrical energy.

The project is named Cascada 34 and is a really luxurious single-masted sailing ship with a length of 34 meters with cutting edge design. Streamlined design, retractable and controllable by the height of hardtop solar panel on boom and crispino, as well as the sails, woven from elements that collect the sunlight – this is the opinion of the designer should look sailing yacht of the future.
