      Let us envy the seventy Russian boys and girls who are taking part in the 37th Garda Meeting Optimist regatta these days!

On the one hand, reaching the start of the world's largest regatta (1164 participants!) Is a terrible luck and incredible responsibility. After all, young yachtsmen, by and large, make only the first steps in the sport.
