Crime and punishment

Five weeks continued in Bristol trial a group of attackers who attempted in August last year to deliver on a sailing catamaran Nomad in the UK from Suriname 1.4 tons of cocaine.

The approximate street value of the cargo amounted to 112 million pounds (more than $ 147 million!). Fortunately, to get to the British shore, the dealers did not – they were detained by the staff of the National Agency for the fight against crime.

The court recognized an international group of hackers – two British, Dutch, Estonians and Latvians – guilty of all crimes incriminated to them. Specific penalties will be announced later.
