And Poland there too
According to RIA Novosti, Poland refused to let the Russian sailboat Sedov into the country's territorial waters.
The reason is that on board the "Sedov" are cadets of the Kerch State Marine Technological University. This was stated by the representative of the Polish Foreign Ministry Eva Suvara.
According to her, the decision was made by the Prime Minister Mateusz Moravetsky.
"We believe that the admission of the sailboat to the territorial waters of Poland would contradict the policy of respecting the territorial integrity of Ukraine and not recognizing the annexation of Crimea," said Suvar.
As is known, on Saturday, April 6, the Sedov entered the first navigation navigation flight of 2019 with 112 cadets on board from the pier of the Svetlovsk ship repair plant in the Kaliningrad region. On April 11, Estonian authorities banned the entrance of the barque to the territorial waters of the country, explaining that cadets of the university "from the occupied Crimea" are on board. The Russian embassy called this step of Tallinn unfriendly and noticed that the decision not to let the Russian sailboat was made on the eve of the upcoming trip to Moscow of Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid.
In turn, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin thanked the Polish Prime Minister on Twitter: "Thanks to the Polish Prime Minister Mateush Moravetsky for the decision to refuse the Russian sailboat Sedov to enter the country's territorial waters."
In connection with this whole story, we will repeat the phrase, which a few days ago commented on the step of the Estonian authorities:
"Paranoia is not yet deadly, but already very, very dangerous."
