As the press service of the Russian Association of class SB20, “the weather on Sunday was not the most favorable – the morning was calm and quiet. The 3rd race of the regatta (the first that day), the force of the wind reached 7-8 knots, which later eased to 4 knots and then calm. For this reason, the race was shortened, but it didn’t help the crews – many did not meet the time limit.
More interesting was the fight of no predictability.”
AM Rusarc Anastasia Morozova (Diego Costa, Daniel Banan, Aida Maximova) was the only Sunday race 7 and due to this won the regatta with 15 points, parishes 1 – 7 – 7.
MST Vasily Grigoriev (Maxim Kuzmin, Mikhail Markin), who led after the first day, eventually became the 6th – 21 points, parishes 5 – 2 – 14.
