If the design idea takes flight, it is difficult to stop. Especially if she finds so many positive reviews. Austrian design firm Motion Code: Blue, which is known for absolutely incredible yacht-submarine Migaloo (Migaloo Private Submersible Yachts), presented a new project. This the designers decided to build in the sea on a private island.
It’s called Kokomo Ailand and resembles an oil platform. The island sits on two half-sunk in the water, massive floats, connected with the main building with four habitable structures. They are living and work space, research labs, cosmetic and Wellness salon, a movie theater, underwater aquarium and even an area for shark feeding.
The maximum length is 117 meters, width of 78 meters. On the images you can see the helipad and a few garages for boats and yachts. On the main deck designers include waterfalls, pools, palm trees. Inside the penthouse, towering at a height of 80 meters, are located the apartments of the owner.
Kokomo Ailand is intended to become a sort of main base, where it would be possible to travel by helicopter, boat and submarine. Unlike natural Islands, it is agile: its maximum speed is 8 knots.
