At FLIBS 2018 will represent the biggest Zeelander

The shipyard Zeelander will present the concept of its new 22-metre yacht Z72 at the international exhibition in Ford Lauderdale (Florida, USA). This is stated in the press release of the company. The exhibition will open on 31 October and will last 5 days.

New yacht, the rebranding model Z66, will become the flagship of Zeelander. It is reported that the company has already started to paint the first body. The owners of the new model will be able to see it in the first half of next year.

“The exterior design was inspired by how gradually develops its Porsche design. Legendary style icon — that’s how we imagine Z72”, — says commercial Director of Zeelander Yachts Leonardo van den Berg (Leonardo van den Berg).

The exterior design of the Z72 developed by the company specialists in cooperation with the Studio Cor. D. Rover Design. Main features — advanced, in comparison with a classic design Zeelander, feed, A-frame deck, panoramic Windows and a more streamlined hull.

The total length of the new yacht — 22,07 m, 20,11 mm of which fall on closed areas. The yacht is equipped with a retractable swimming platform.

Seaworthiness Z72 will correspond to the class CE-A, allowing it to sail into the open sea even when the wind force exceeding 8 BFT and wave higher than 4 meters.

The concept of the “sea Porsche” successfully support the engine characteristics of the new creation Zeelander. Future owners offered a choice of Volvo Penta IPS 950, 1050 IPS IPS IPS 1200 and 1350.

The maximum speed that can develop Z72 exceeds 40 knots. For comparison, the fastest model Zeelander Z55 — new feature, which also can be seen at FLIBS 2018 with a total capacity of engines in thousand 2 HP speeds over 42 knots.

Interiors Z72 developed by internal design departments of shipyards. Zeelander in the concept of interior design is described as a combination of luxury and comfort. The layout of the yacht includes three guest cabins and the captain’s cabin.
