How far is the port at Amsterdam (where cruise ships stop) to the town centre? | Yahoo Answers

If I remember correctly, It wasn't far at all. The cruise ship had buses there that would take you into town and they were free except a tip if you want. We did a lot of shopping and walking around to get a good feel of Amsterdam. Then when the ship was getting ready to leave, a group of fireman from Amsterdam were on the pier and sang traditional songs for all of us on the ship. They had wooden shoes on and traditional clothes. It was really cool.

What is the taxi fare between Miami International Airport and Port Everglades cruise terminal

Too pricey. Just hop on a bus.
